1. Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Return:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us at info@teddytrunk.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the original item and sending the replacement.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@teddytrunk.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
